Myofascial Release

$130 per 60 Minutes

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, highly effective form of manual therapy designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body. This approach targets the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body.

Over time, physical or emotional trauma, inflammation, surgery, or repetitive stress can create restrictions in the fascia. These restrictions can lead to chronic pain, limited movement, and dysfunction that may not show up in standard medical tests. John Barnes’ method of Myofascial Release uses sustained, hands-on pressure to identify and release these restrictions, allowing the body to return to its natural alignment and function.

Rather than forcefully manipulating tissue, this approach works by gently holding pressure and waiting for the fascia to soften and release. This process can promote profound healing—physically and emotionally—and is guided by the body’s internal rhythms rather than imposed techniques.

John Barnes Myofascial Release may help with:

  • Chronic pain and tension

  • Headaches and migraines

  • TMJ dysfunction

  • Fibromyalgia and fatigue

  • Back, neck, and joint pain

  • Post-surgical recovery and scar tissue

  • Women’s health issues, including pelvic pain

Each session is performed fully clothed and tailored to the individual. Clients often report a deep sense of relaxation, emotional release, and long-lasting relief. Myofascial Release is safe for all ages and integrates well with other therapeutic approaches.

45 minutes MFR session $100

Visceral Manipulation

$130 per 45

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that focuses on releasing restrictions and improving mobility in the internal organs (viscera) of the body. Developed by French osteopath and physical therapist Jean-Pierre Barral, this technique is based on the understanding that healthy organ movement is essential for optimal function and overall wellness.

Every organ in the body has a natural rhythm and subtle motion. When that motion becomes restricted—due to injury, surgery, infection, inflammation, or stress—it can create tension patterns that contribute to pain, poor posture, and dysfunction throughout the body. Visceral Manipulation works by assessing and releasing these tensions to restore balance and encourage the body’s innate ability to heal.

During a session, the practitioner uses precise, gentle touch to locate areas of restriction or imbalance in the body’s soft tissues and organs. This may include the stomach, liver, intestines, kidneys, bladder, reproductive organs, and diaphragm. Treatment often leads to improved organ function, reduced pain, better alignment, and increased mobility.

Common conditions supported by Visceral Manipulation include:

  • Digestive issues (bloating, IBS, constipation)

  • Chronic pelvic or abdominal pain

  • Post-surgical adhesions and scar tissue

  • Low back or neck pain

  • Migraines and headaches

  • Postural imbalances

  • Reproductive system concerns

Visceral Manipulation is often integrated with other bodywork modalities such as myofascial release or craniosacral therapy. It is suitable for all ages and is performed fully clothed in a calm, therapeutic setting.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

$130 per 60

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release deep tension in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and support the nervous system. Using light touch—typically no more than the weight of a nickel—this therapy works with the craniosacral system: the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

CST supports the body’s natural healing processes by enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and relieving restrictions in the central nervous system. Because the craniosacral system influences many aspects of health, this therapy can have a wide range of physical and emotional benefits.

Rather than manipulating muscles or joints, the therapist tunes into the subtle rhythms of the body, following and supporting its innate intelligence. This creates space for deep relaxation, self-correction, and the release of long-held patterns or trauma.

Craniosacral Therapy may be helpful for:

  • Headaches and migraines

  • TMJ dysfunction

  • Chronic pain and tension

  • Stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Nervous system disorders

  • Post-concussion symptoms

  • Pediatric concerns (such as colic, latch issues, or developmental delays)

Sessions are performed fully clothed in a quiet, nurturing environment. Many clients experience a profound sense of calm, clarity, and restoration, both during and after treatment.

Swedish Massage

$130 per 60 Minutes

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Geriatric Massage

$120 per 60 Minutes

Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.

Hot Stone Therapy

$175 per 90 Minutes

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Sports Massage

$130 per 60 Minutes

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Deep Tissue Massage

$150 per 60 Minutes

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
